Popularly known as Ms. O, she has been inspiring and empowering individuals and organizations that seek to the develop a competitive and profitable advantage by delivering dynamic training programs in Image Management, Professional Presence, Civility, Business Etiquette, International Protocol and Customer Service for over 15yrs.
She is the founder and President of the OJL Consulting Group and has been mentored by the masters in the industry. Ms.O is the first Filipina to be certified as a Professional Image Development Consultant by the London Image Institute and Imageworks Asia (Singapore). She is also a Certified International Etiquette and Protocol Consultant by the Protocol School of Washington, and is the recipient of the Certified Image Professional (CIP) status from the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) – the leading and largest professional association of personal and corporate image consultants worldwide.
With her commitment to better her craft, Ms. O is the Director of Affiliate Development in the Philippines for Civility Experts Worldwide, Master Trainer for ICTC, and authorized Civility Experts Products Distributor. She is the only Filipina Certified Civility Expert by Culture Coach and Center for Organizational Cultural Competence. To her name, she was named Singapore’s Chapter Member of the year Award in 2011 and was also a recipient of AICI Civility Star in 2010. In the annual conference of May 2012 held in Hawaii, Ms. Olen Juarez-Lim was awarded the prestigious JANE SEGERSTROM International AICI Award. The AICI Jane Segerstrom International Award is bestowed upon a person who has helped to further AICI’s worldwide association and industry vision. Ms. O is the first ever Filipina to be given this prestigious award by AICI, truly showcasing the Filipina as world class. In 2014, Ms. O was honored as Megaworld Corporation’s 25 Visionaries, highlighting her work and contribution to her craft and turning her dreams to a reality.

Today, apart from the diverse roster of red carpet local and multinational clients ranging from politicians to high-profile personalities, corporate organizations, to cause-related associations, and even the academe, Ms O’s influence has transcended to the mass media. She is currently consultant to GMA 7’s News & Public Affairs (24 ORAS, SAKSI, SONA, KMJS and Brigada), contributing writer for GMA News Online and was a segment host for the morning television show, Unang Hirit. Ms. Olen’s tailor fit programs has earned a reputation to be a link for success providing added value and proficiency to employees of corporate giants such as Ayala Land, Globe Telecoms Inc., Central Bank of the Philippines, PLDT, Discovery Hotels and Resorts and Shangri-La Hotel to name a few. Miakka Lim

Even before graduating from De La Salle University, where she majored in Communication Arts in 2008, Miakka Lim found herself in the world of sports as a court side reporter for the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) as her first crack into the real world. She was chosen by ESPN Asia as the Philippines’ first representative in their coverage of the Asean Basketball League (ABL). Soon after, it led her to host V-League and GMA 7 News’ online show called FTW. And still today, Miakka continues to bring news as a sports analyst for CNN Philippines and ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC). Alongside her hosting, Miakka also worked as a commercial and print model allowing her to be exposed to the world of fashion and style.
Finally in 2011, she entered the world of Image Consultancy as inspired by her mother. She went to the Academy of Image Mastery and was mentored by one of only 9 masters in the world, Christina One, AICI CIM. Following this, Miakka became the training manager for luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Benefit Cosmetics where she spearheaded trainings about Grooming, Personal Branding and Luxury Customer Service. In 2015, Miakka was given a service award by the Global Education VP of Benefit Cosmetics, an award given to individuals whose spirit, creativity and resiliency inspired not only her staff but her regional colleagues as well. Still today, she remains the first and only person from South East Asia to be given that award.
Today, as a young certified image consultant, Miakka envisions to bridge the generation gap- inspire and empower people at her helm to be the best version of themselves and face the world with grace and poise so they can make positive changes not only on themselves but around them as well.
